Mesmeric Stage Show by 300 Aadyantians E-mail

Annual DayThe Annual Day celebrations of the Aadyant Global Pre-School, Vasant Kunj, appropriately titled 'Vibgyor', held at the Air Force Auditorium on February 18, 2010, was a colourful showcasing of the great talent, confidence and stage presence of some three hundred 2 to 4 year olds studying at the school.

The Chief Guest on the occasion, Delhi's Education and Transport Minister Mr. Arvinder Singh, marveled at the confidence of the kids and said that it is in good pre-schools that children acquire the right foundation to be a success in later life.

Annual DayThe Guest of Honour, Mr. Mohammad Ghassan Shaikho, the Ambassador of Bahrain in India, felt that the civilizational heritage of India is reflected in what the children learn at Aadyant.

Major General Narender Singh from the Springdales School felt that the parents must identify the aptitude and talent of their children and then must encourage the little ones to excel in that field.

Annual DayThe Principal of the American Excelsior School, Mrs. Shalini Nambiar, and that of the Millennium School, Mrs. R Kaul, also praised the path-breaking work being done at Aadyant and felt that students who have a good exposure during pre-schooling are at a great advantage at formal schools.

That all this praise was well-deserved was clear from the studendous performance of the Aadyant students, who made a series of presentations depicting various colours of the rainbow, each colour vying for supremacy. After the tussle between the colours, the King and Queen decide to banish one colour after the other, bringing out protests from the other colours who wish all colours to remain in the kingdom.

The conclusion of the paramount importance of harmony was the lesson everyone took away from the great show put up by the children.

As the Aadyant Principal Mrs. Romi Chawla said while thanking parents, grandparents and teachers for the great progress of the children, harmony is all important in every facet of life and it is through cooperation alone that we can definitively achieve all that is worthwhile.
